  • this first lesson is geared more toward primary students. It is a lesson in which the teacher puts the students into small groups for readers' workshop and is teaching them about sight words.

 

  • This second lesson is geared towards middle years students. The mini lesson teaches students how to vary their reading speeds according to the text they are reading.

 

  • This lesson is also geared towards middle years students, but the teacher is teaching a small group of students the mini-lesson. The lesson is for five students who are having a lot of trouble with reading comprehension.
